Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment can be made by cash on delivery/collection, or by card through our secure payment processors. All card payments are processed securely.
Minimum order values apply for delivery. Free delivery is available on orders over £20. Delivery charges may apply for smaller orders.
We deliver to Huyton, Knowsley, and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
We aim to deliver within 30-45 minutes of order confirmation, but this is not guaranteed. During busy periods, delivery times may be longer.
If we are unable to deliver due to incorrect address information or inability to contact you, we reserve the right to charge for the order.
While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.
We strive to provide high-quality food and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
